Refund policy
All SDWYS products are made to order through our fulfillment partner.
Because of this, we only offer returns or replacements for damaged, misprinted, or defective items.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at sidewaysna@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or refund.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that were ordered in the wrong size, color, or style. Please double-check your size and order details before checkout.
If your package is lost in transit or marked delivered but not received, please reach out so we can help open an investigation with the carrier.
